Return Policy for Tutoring Services
1. Session Cancellations:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations to avoid being charged for the session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a full charge for the session.
2. Rescheduling:
Clients can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
If a client reschedules more than once for the same session, a fee may apply.
3. Refunds:
Refunds are available for pre-paid sessions only if the cancellation policy is followed.
If a session is missed due to the tutor’s inability to attend, clients will receive a full refund or a rescheduled session at their convenience.
4. Dissatisfaction Policy:
If a client is dissatisfied with a session, they should communicate their concerns within 48 hours.
The tutor will work to address any issues, and if necessary, a refund or credit for a future session may be provided based on management’s discretion.
5. Package Purchases:
For clients who purchase a package of sessions, a full refund is available if the cancellation policy is adhered to within the first two sessions. After that, refunds for unused sessions may incur a fee.
6. Special Circumstances:
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
